Rather than start a new thread everytime I figure it might be easier to have a general con appearance thread for the various B5 cast members making con appearances.

I'll start off...

Big bad Bester himself, Walter Koenig will be appearing at the next Big Apple Comic Con in New York City on November 17-19. Info here (http://www.bigapplecon.com/).

Good thinking, frulad! I'll follow up with Walter Koenig appearing this coming weekend, 10/27-29, at Vulkon in Orlando. (http://vulkon.com/orlandoscifi2006/index.html)

Jason Carter, Mira Furlan, and Vaughn Armstrong will be at JumpCon's Kalamazoo MI convention in July ... I'll be there. http://www.jumpcon.com/kalamazoo/

B5 fans may want to check out their Washington DC convention in August http://www.jumpcon.com/washington/

Guests at that one include Bruce, Tracy, Peter Woodward, Peter Jurasik, Jason, Mira, Ed Wasser, Maggie Egan, Kitty Swink, Stephen Furst, Mary Kay Adams, Josh Cox, among others.

It will be interesting to see how JumpCon does. They've got a pretty ambitious schedule and putting on a convention every weekend is not a simple task. Although it appears they will do pretty much the same show each week, but with interchangeable actors.

The other questoin is, is there that many fans in Kalamazoo (or some of the smaller cities) to support an event like this? Surprisingly, they have yet to schedule anything in Arizona.

I don't know how well it's going to do, or if it will even have a second con .. I read in a thread on trekbbs.com that the guy running these cons recently inherited several million dollars, and wanted to do conventions the way he wanted to. I wish them all the best, and hope they do well. If they DO do well, they'll be in Omaha in June 2009.

I think everything will depend on how well this first convention does. I'll be there, with the uber package I got on ebay ... the hotel room for 2 nights, 2 photo ops and 2 autographs from every guest, all meals, everything, for 26 bucks.
