OK, I can do a hint. :)
NotKosh had one speaker correct -- Sheridan. The other speaker is the one who worries when things are going well. One might say that's a somewhat pessimistic thing. Who among the regulars would be a glass half-empty type of person?
The episode is second season, later half.
Now, that being said, I'm starting to worry because at this point I start questioning whether my memory has played tricks on me. When Jan is stumped, hmmm. I'll have to pull the disk and chgeck my memory. Wouldn't I be embarrased if I misquoted! :o

In my opinion the first time when Lennier showed some "spunk" was in first season when he and Londo were in that brawl when certain Centauri couldn't keep his hand... uh tentacles in check.
Does anyone remember in which ep was the thing where Sinclair said to G'Kar that there was some device in him, that Sinclair could just point and press and it would make the sound "beep beep" or something. I watched the whole season couple a weeks ago, but for some reason I didn't catch it.

From all the given clues it has to be Mind War (first reference to the prisoner by Bester was there)... after thinking of that I checked the capitalization in the first clue and that is unmistakable.
I'd guess it was the other Psi-Cop, the female one that was "one-offed", but can't think of who was the supporting character she told this (Garibaldi's aide?).

'I am become a name. For always roaming with a hungry heart...OK, I am sure this is from Tennyson's Ulysses, so it had to be from first season since Sinclair was a big Tennyson buff. I just can't pull the episode out of my memory. There's one ep where he's sitting in his quarters listening. Perhaps "By Any Means Necessary"?

It's Parliment of Dreams, and yes, Sinclair's listening to Ulysses in his quarters
I know it's PoD, because I remember Sakai commenting on it when she walks in, and that's the first episode she's in.

I still think that this poem was also recited as the closing comments for Into the Fire(or an ep. somewhere around that time). Especially the "and not to yield" sorta rings a bell.
Anyone?

yep, the last part is. from memory...
"Though we are not now that which in old days moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are. One equal temper of heroic heart made weak by time and fate but not in will. to strive, to seek, to find and not to yield"
One of my least favourite lines these days is 'faith manages'. It worked great in the original episode it was in but it's been used to death in .sigs and the like since then and it's lost all meaning...downright cheesy now...

Could be Ivanova as well.
A clue would be nice, yeah :)

I've come up with one the Great Keeper of the Scripts doesn't know. :D
The first "drawing of the line".
That has to be an easy clue.
Here is another one.
No to Ivanova and Londo. Neither even there or involved.

Ah... now I get it.
Sheridan when led in to the room where some Rangers are gathered in "The Long, Twilight Struggle"

Dead on and about time too.:D
I don't want to sound stupid even though I sometimes am. But can someone tell me what IIRC means.
Thank you.
BTW someone else can come up with another "name that ep"
I did have fun doing that.

Now, now...it's an honor to come up with a quote that people don't get right away. Even the 'Great Keeper of the Scripts' hasn't managed to memorize every single episode. :p

If I Recall Correctly or If I Remember Correctly. I don't think it's stupid at all.

How about:
Inconvenient doesn't even begin to cover it.

I am not sure of the Ep but think it is Sheridan to Garibaldi and Delenn in S5. I can't seem to find the Ep I am looking for.

Nope. I don't know the episode by heart but that was what the new President of the Earth Alliance said to Sheridan after the liberation of Earth. So it must be the end of S4 of the beginning of S5.

Close. Sheridan said something similar after Byron made his ultimatum to the League.

Yep. The episode is Rising Star. The end of the episode has one of my favorite lines which seems quite appropriate lately:
DELENN (VO)
The next twenty years would see great changes. Great joy and great sorrow. The telepath War and the Drakh War...but also the rediscovery of wonder. The new Alliance would waver and crack, but in the end it would hold. Because what is built, endures. What is loved, endures. And Babylon 5...Babylon 5...endures.
...with a little help from it's friends. :)

I have no idea on Towelmaster's latest, so I'm looking for a hint, too. In the meantime, how about this one...

But they didn't get the new medlab til season three, 'Matters of Honour'...
Not that I'm being picky or anything:)
And on another point. Shouldn't garibaldi, as head of security and friend of Franklin, know when Franklin was moving in?
Ranger 6 and 7/8

ok i was just watching the Ironheart ep again...
If Jason was able to look into people and see them for who they really are, Why was he not able to see the trap in ***drawing blank on her name***? Wouldn't he have been aware fo the mindtrap?
another ep question?
on "Infection" Dr Franklin's friend tells him that IPX is a front company for someone sinister... If this seemed to be common knowledge, why did so many welcome them with open arms? Were they ever labeled as agents of the Shadows?

I think he was too busy trying to control his abilities and dying while being chased down by several Psi-cops.

Isn't that Knight One (or was it Knight TWO? Oh well, the one NOT played by Judson Scott, whose surname is Neame - Ian? - and WAS in the 4th season of Blake's 7) to Sinclair whilst in the VR cyber net of Sinclair's mind.

I can't remember the episode name but I think the quote is from when Garribaldi was serving Dr. Franklin dinner.
Some sort of pasta dish?
It was when Stephen was having his drug problem.

I really thought this was going to be an easy one. But all I can say is no to Garibaldi, Ivanova and Franklin. At least you are on the right track involving food.:D

You get half points for the people involved in this scene. I will be generous with the name of the ep. Sic Transit Vir. I think a sometimes over looked episode.
Meh, I would've known it was Sheridan and Delenn, but I'm bad at remembering the exact episodes in which things take place, as well as episode names :p
Hmm well since no new quote was given, how about...
"We have six... six, you see."
Ok maybe that's too easy, considering :o

Vir to Ivanova, again in Sic Transit Vir. ;)

Garibaldi, interrogating the guy who shot him in the back?
Something tells me I'm wrong, though. It sounds more like something G'Kar would say...

Bah! The amount of people who betray each other's trust in B5 is quite staggering when you think about it. This one really has me stuck...
It's not a Delenn line, is it?
