B5 Feature Film: To Be or No To Be?

As reported else-forum, at the Orange County Screenwriter's Assn. appearance, JMS did mention that he was giving some thought to a B5 feature in time for the 20th anniversary. Recently at Comic-Con, Bruce Boxleitner was reported to have mentioned speaking to JMS about the idea. JMS has posted to his FB page:

Not enough to get our hopes, up, but interesting that there's a little bit of movement.

It depends on which way the wind is blowing on any given day.

The wheels turn slowly, if it happens it'll be for the 25th anniversary.

For what? To vote? I thought it's already too late for that.

I see about 2 movies a year, and when I do it's usually after they've been out for a while. However, a B5 movie is an opening day must-see. Along with the Arrested Development movie.

However, I'm taking a wait and see approach. The only faith I have is that the lights turn on once I flip the switch after I paid the bill.

I know how much we all want to see B5 on the big screen. If it does happen, like many others here I would definitely be seeing it on opening night, and the second, and the third, etc., etc. However, I for one am not going to get my hopes up too high because I remember how upset I was when Memory of Shadows didn't materialize.

I wish it to happen... but...

I'll expect it when I see it.
