I think I've come to the conclusion that the folks who say JMS never sleeps are right. Or that all the projects hes written for the last three years or so are suddenly at a point where they can be announced. Or that the Studio JMS is really a cover for a sweat-shop where JMS-clones are slaving away writing just like the original (one hopes) and they never get to sleep. One of those.

Looks like everything was announced on the days before his panel where he was going to announce everything... So i went from mostly likely to win to nothing.

Ah well thats how showbiz works.

You didn't think I'd forgotten that there were prizes to be awarded, did you? Silly people! I'm just working on Jan-post-con time over here.

Okay, so as you all know, the announcements were:

July 11 - 'Vlad Dracula' and Studio JMS via press release
July 12 - JMS popped into the Legendary panel at comic-con and announced 'The Majestic Files'

Zoltan had claimed July 11 so that's a clear win.
Nobody had claimed July 12 but OmahaStar had July 13 so I'm declaring that one 'closest'.
and Milkman had claimed July 14 which everybody expected to be a winner if there hadn't been the press releases earlier.

BUT

Since I get to run this game the way I want to and since I happen to have three identical things available to give as prizes, I declare Milkman to be a winner on the basis of the Riverdancing Zombies announcing the "Walking Dead: The Musical" webseries.

So...even if I've had your address in the past, please PM or email me your addresses and I'll (eventually) mail out your Fabulous JMSNews Forum Prize!

Somehow I MISSED that Delenn of Mir had requested July 6, 8 and 12. So sorry Delenn!

So...Delenn of Mir will get one of the three identical prizes and OmahaStar will get an alternate prize.

Please, folks - make SURE that I acknowledge your requests so that I don't make this kind of mistake again. Trouble is, sometimes I read posts at work and then the 'new post' indicator goes off and I forget because I can't walk and chew gum at the same time...Jan-thras good at readings, not rememberings...
