Every series goes through development; it's the process by which one first
hooks up with a studio or another production entity, then gets the network to
commission a pilot script, then to produce the pilot script, then to go for the
series.
So we've got a long road ahead of us, but it's already moving a hell of a lot
faster than B5 did in its development.

JMS: Development?

If it goes, it's about 98% mainstream and 2% speculative fiction...kind of an
Ivory Snow mix....
