Your perception is basically correct; I kept Delenn's
background more vague to add to her mystery, and made Sheridan's more
specific and grounded to tie him more to Earth and more accessible.

Or they pick the more well-known of the two. We often say "Mick
Jagger's kid" because he's the more well known of the pair.

Or they could be rather subtly ignoring what they might consider
