Yeah, if all you want is to slaughter fellow humans and
officers; if you want to try to minimize the body count of your fellow
officers, who you want to eventually side with you, it's more
difficult, you have to keep the kid gloves on...which endangers you in
the long run.

Good point about Joan of Arc...too many people forget that sort
of thing.

Which, on reflection, may be the problem in ways a lot larger
than just B5.

Not a problem...and yes, that is *precisely* the dilemma faced
by any military officer in this kind of situation. There is no easy
answer, and rarely a *right* answer.
